Note: Point Rewards program is not applicable for wholesaling.

Q: Do we ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do! We are using FedEx and/or EMS for more economical rates, however, by using EMS (national postal service) means it took longer than other worldwide deliveries.

Q: What are the advantages of buying via www.screamous.com?
A: What you see, it’s what you get! Stocks are always available, you’ll get points for each product you bought, you’ll get special price or discount program more often than buying at our offline stores, you can find & buy what you need without leaving your house, you can track your shipments, worldwide delivery, and have them delivered to your front door. Oh, did we mention the special price?

Q: Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
A: Please note that once your order is submitted, we begin processing your order. Once you’ve made the payment or your order has shipped, during this time we are unable to modify or cancel your order.

Q: What is the return policy for buying via www.screamous.com?
A: Unfortunately, www.screamous.com purchases cannot be returned online. So, please be careful & check your shopping cart first before you submit (checkout) your order. However, we do accept returns if it’s a defective product but we are not refund the price of shipping. Furthermore, we are unable to guarantee that exchange product will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. We'll email you once we've received and processed your return or exchange. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We accept claim in 3x24hours after you receive your products by contacting us via e-mail to: online_sales@screamous.com.

T: Apakah kami menyediakan jasa kirim internasional/di luar Indonesia?
J: Ya, tentu saja! Kami menggunakan FedEx dan/atau EMS untuk ongkos kirim yang lebih ekonomis. Akan tetapi, dengan menggunakan EMS (PT.POS Indonesia) berarti membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dibandingkan jasa kirim internasional lainnya.

T: Apa kelebihan berbelanja melalui www.screamous.com?
J: Apa yang Anda lihat, Adalah Apa yang Anda dapat!  Stock produk kami selalu tersedia, Anda akan mendapatkan poin dari setiap produk yang Anda beli, Anda akan mendapatkan penawaran harga istimewa atau program diskon yang hanya berlaku untuk pembelian di www.screamous.com, Anda dapat membeli apa yang Anda inginkan tanpa harus meninggalkan rumah Anda,  Anda dapat melacak pengiriman Anda, jasa pengiriman internasional, dan dikirim langsung ke depan pintu rumah Anda.

T: Apakah saya bisa membatalkan pesanan saya?
J: Perlu diketahui bahwa setelah pesanan Anda dikirimkan, kami langsung memproses pesanan Anda. Setelah dilakukan pembayaran dan/atau pengiriman telah dilakukan, selama jangka waktu ini kami tidak dapat mengubah atau membatalkan pesanan Anda.

T: Bagaimana ketentuan pengembalian produk untuk pembelian di www.screamous.com?
J: Sayangnya, pembelian melalui screamous.com  tidak dapat dikembalikan. Jadi, harap berhati-hati & periksa terlebih dahulu shopping cart Anda sebelum mengirimkan pesanan (checkout) Anda. Namun, kami menerima pengembalian jika produk tersebut cacat, tapi kami tidak mengembalikan ongkos pengiriman. Selain itu, kami tidak dapat menjamin bahwa produk yang ditukarkan masih tersedia pada saat pesanan Anda diproses, dalam kasus ini pembayaran Anda sebelumnya akan dikembalikan. Pengembalian dana Anda akan dikreditkan kembali ke rekening bank Anda. Kami akan mengirimkan email kepada Anda setelah kami menerima dan memproses pengembalian Anda atau penukaran produk. Silakan tunggu 2-3 minggu untuk diproses. Kami menerima klaim dalam waktu 3x24jam setelah Anda menerima produk anda dengan menghubungi kami melalui e-mail ke: online_sales@screamous.com.
